Position - Manager / Sr. Manager Compliance.
Qualification -LLB/ CA/ MBA professional with professional certifications in internal audit / fraud / risk or compliance or ethics.
Exp. in pharma sector experience as an inhouse compliance professional or a consulting / internal audit professional.
Job Role
- Understand and interpret their legal & regulatory compliance requirements.
- Review underlying risk management, internal control and compliance processes and systems and assess their adequacy.
- Benchmark leading internal controls and compliance practices and advice clients on remediation and improvement opportunities.
- Work with clients in implementing remediation plans and conducting change management initiatives.
- An astute risk and compliance professional with at least 3 years of in-house compliance management experience in a global pharma company
- Strong client service/ professional services background (preferably in a risk or internal audit firm or international consulting) - with very strong project management; communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. This experience (atleast one year) may be in an industry vertical
- Solution oriented and a team leader (managed teams of atleast 2-5 people in current or previous roles) with proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Good knowledge of risk and compliance practices across pharma regulatory risk areas such as sales & marketing practices, Anti-bribery laws, MCI & DOP Guidelines etc.
- Strong understanding of pharma and healthcare specific business process, risk and compliance frameworks is essential - experience in compliance risk assessment; policy design; controls and process implementation; trainings, due diligence or reviews will be useful.
