Roles & Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & drive compensation & benefits strategy
- Create a role based organization.
- Design, evaluate and modify benefit policies from time to time to ensure that program are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirement
- Participate in market and salary survey
- Monitor review of compensation and benefit package to maintain market positioning
- Study legislation, market arbitration decision to assess the industry trends
- Design, Modify and update HR policies from time to time based on business need and industry practices.
- Assist in development of home country policies and procedures to support the compensation & benefit function
- Create and deploy HR policies
- Answer employee queries on compensation & benefit and HR policy
- Prepare compensation and benefit budget and provide analysis of personnel cost, etc.
