Job Responsibilities :
- Owning the C & B track during the end to end.
- This would involve conducting a detailed due diligence to highlight deal synergies / breakers and loop in the appropriate internal / external stakeholders to create an effective solution
- Would be required to own the C&B integration by drafting & executing on a detailed charter through liaison with the Business HR teams keeping the business context in perspective
- Coordinate with the regional compensation experts to oversee a smooth diligence & integration process globally
- Set up new site C&B guidelines expands footprint globally
- Report out key C&B metrics & health indicators for acquisitions & rebadges
- Drive other key compensation & benefits projects
Required Skills & Background :
- Knowledge and experience with compensation & benefits specializing in India compensation & having a global context
- Prior exposure to M&A
- Good communication & analytical skills
- Ability to drive organizational level projects and work with senior stakeholders
- An MBA in HR from a reputed school would be an added advantage
