- International Mobility Policy & Expat Management
- Executive Compensation & LTI
- Job Evaluations and Grade Structuring
- Organizational Effectiveness
- Performance Management Strategy & Annual
- Oversee the regular Total Rewards activities like the annual salary revision, incentive payouts, salary restructuring, market benchmarking
- Design, development, communication and implementation of the rewards and benefits policies and programmes across the Organization.
- Manage the manpower budget for the entire organization in order to maintain the profitability of the organization
