Real estate firm looking for Manager / Sr. Manager Commercial leasing, Gurgaon
Experience with co-working spaces, real estate developers, Business Development for Mortgages/home/business loans familiar with property documents and the market.
Responsibilities -
1. Proactively engage in Business Development activities for the Commercial Office space market.
2. Focused BD, networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging business relationships of other business units.
3. Provide Advisory services to effectively conclude commercial transactions.
4. Advisory assignments - lease vs buy analysis, off balance sheet strategies, regional asset allocation, market entry strategy advice
5. Assess client requirements and execute commercial leasing transactions
6. Ensure Timeliness & accuracy of deliverables
7. Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
