Sr Manager (Snacks)

Position reporting to - Associate GM (QAR&D)

Key Responsibilities

- Working & Understanding of Raw Materials used in Snacks Category

- NPD of Snacks at Laboratory & Plant Level

- To set the product at plant level, standardization of process at plant, to resolve the issues at plant level

- To work closely with Marketing for the product innovations, Cost of products. To work closely with QA & Procurement for the Raw Material standardization

Qualifications - Food Technology - B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc Tech

Experience- 12-15 years of experience in Snack Industry

Internal - Procurement, Marketing, CM Operations, Finance

External - Vendors, Laboratories
