Qualification - Chartered Accountant

Experience - 6-8 Years

Job Location - Mumbai

- Finalization & Consolidation of Financial statements.

- Expert knowledge in quarterly and yearly tax provision for listed entity including Deferred tax working on Consolidation

- Effective Tax Rate working and rate reconciliation

- Basic knowledge IFRS / US GAAP / Ind AS

- Withholding implication on International / cross border transaction

- Knowledge of India Income tax and Basic knowledge of GST
