The Incumbent will be :
- Responsible for Managing the channel Sales (Retailers/ Distributors) for prepaid-cards.
- Responsible for Channel Development, planning and execution including Channel rewards programs.
- Handling and appointment of new channel partners in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for managing the complete North-East territory with focus on Kolkata market initially.
- Responsible to coordinate with the network and sales team to improve utilization by implementing different action plans.
- Responsible for P&L of the territory.
- Manage changes in business, organization, people to ensure continuity and smooth operations Coaching, mentoring and retention of team members.
- Responsible for achieving revenue target through market and distribution planning, channel management.
- Responsible to Competitors analysis and make product and strategy accordingly to counter the competition.
- Responsible for sales strategy and planning to launching new product and services effectively in my region.
- Responsible for ensuring high brand loyalty and improving brand equity.
- Responsible for Grooming, development and retention of team members.
Salary offered: 9 - 12 LPA
