Manager/Sr.Manager- Central Operations - Control Tower

Job Description :

In this role, you are primarily responsible for control tower operations which is 24-7 operational

Your Responsibilities :

- Co-ordinate with the regional/ Central teams and ensure smooth operations

- Monitor supply chain metrics for all the facilities and validate the root cause

- Consolidated daily performance report for delivery, complaints, and inventory

- Monitor SOP compliance across all cities

- Assist on process rollouts across all cities

- Data analysis to understand the delivery, inventory and complaints trends, act on it for the structural solve

Must have :

1. Similar Experience in Central Ops/ Control Tower (For Managing Warehouse Operations ) Minimum -3-8 Yrs

2. Data Analyst, Advance Excel, Power Bi and Sql Exp.

3. Inventory Management

4. Supply chain Management

5. Stakeholder Management.
