- Preparedness for Internal, Statutory, Tax Audit

- Monthly MIS to enable accuracy and profitability of the Organization

- Salaries & Wages Budget - Forecasting exercise

Record Maintenance & Remittance : 

- Maintenance of Superannuation, Gratuity records for PPD & MEPZ

- Maintenance of Provident Fund / Pension Fund - PPD & MEPZ as per the statutory laws

Year-end Activities : 

- Bonus Calculation 100% Error free

- Arrears Calculation/Full & Final Settlement

- PPD & Mepz-100% Error free Calculation of arrears

- Implementing new structure, revision & Wage settlement

Employee Engagement Activities : 

- Educating and guiding employees about Various Tax law

- Weekly newsletter on financial planning for all age groups
