- Responsible for planning to organize & implementing training requirements to suit the needs of the business, effectively facilitating the achievement of process Learning & Development business objectives.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the insurance domain (P&C and L&A)
- Lead design and development of domain learning.
- Lead teams to manage capability development for a chosen business unit.
- Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and consult on learning needs.
- Identify gaps between the desired state and the current state of knowledge and develop customized training curriculum.
- Managing end-to-end roles and responsibilities of the team.
- Designing training aids like activities, role plays, case studies, etc. in order to make the training session more lively and interactive.
- Undertake research for the purpose of creating value for the business and driving business results.
- Participate in RFXs and Client visits
- Managing training material and content - regular reviews and updation.
- Conducting insurance and professional development training programs.
