Responsibilities:

- Campus Hiring and RPO Management: Responsible for managing campus hiring initiatives and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).

- Business Partnership: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align hiring strategies with business needs.

- Strategy Implementation: Work with the business to develop and implement strategies for setting up a business center to address multiple hiring needs.

- Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate vendors for RPO services, assessing costs, timelines, and processes.

- Campus Hiring Partners: Identify and establish partnerships with organizations that can facilitate campus hiring.

- Performance Assessment: Monitor vendor performance and request regular reports, including monthly, quarterly, and HR audit reports.

- Decision Making: Make informed decisions based on performance metrics and identify additional partners as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.

Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with a focus on campus hiring and managing RPOs within the manufacturing sector.
