Working Conditions : Regular working hours ; 5 days a week. Work from Office Only ( No hybrid mode)

Job Role : The position is a part of the Technology Division, and the incumbent will be responsible for Technology & New Business growth strategy, analysis, designing, and formulating go to market. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to drive New Energy & Technology Initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities :

- Business Modeling for enabling/initiating B2B solutions.

- Business intelligence, Market Analysis, and research skills

- PLM, CLM & SLM

- Strategy & Technology Road-mapping [ Short Term, Mid Term & Long Term Perspective]

- Strategic partnership with global new age technology [ Startups/ Innovators]

Minimum Required Qualifications/Experience/Exposures :

- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel and VBA) skills

Key Desired Characteristics :

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze & resolve problems.

- Self-starter who can take ownership of deliverables with minimal directions and develop new ways of approaching business problems. [Value proposition analysis, Financial Simulations]

- Ability to prepare strategic proposals/presentations & business cases for top management & leadership reviews.
