Main Priorities:
- Conduct extensive industry and market research including Best Practices, competitive intelligence and secondary research & analysis
- Understand comprehensively Life Insurance Sales & Distribution, Digital practices & Finance considerations - Budgeting & cost benefit analysis
- Understanding of Financial modelling and Analytics to support strategic initiatives
- Highly proficient in formulating business presentations, internal and external facing
- Manage Central repository of Alliance related documents and database in a structured real time basis, ensuring utmost confidentiality
- Ensure timely and seamless co-ordination of key deliverables within the team and internal stakeholders
- Plan and undertake specific major projects within the agreed time, cost and quality objectives, involving a multi - disciplinary team
- Rigorous tracking and timely escalations of Alliance projects by means of Dashboards, Action trackers, Calendars and other project management tools
- Procurement management across Alliance initiatives

- Ability to translate business issues, challenges and objectives into a project solution
- Strong expertise in project mechanics leading into delivery of projects within defined objectives & Cost, track to budget and quality (as defined at start) and deliver within timelines
- Stakeholder communication and reporting
- Sharp understanding of project management methodology, tools and techniques and translating the same into speedy and viable action
- Displayed Knowledge and Understanding of Business consulting and change management methods, tools and techniques
Skills/ Knowledge:
- Strong Life Insurance domain knowledge including Industry & Regulations, Distribution, Digital, Financials
- Commercial and business awareness
- Comprehensive understanding of finance issues, budgeting and cost benefit analysis
- High proficiency in MS Office
- Good relationship management skills including stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multi - disciplinary teams on a day - to - day basis
- Understanding of Business consulting and change management methods, tools and techniques
- Sound Analytics, Communication and Presentation skills
