The candidate will be responsible to:
1. Support development of Business Strategy at Corporate Level and preparation and review of Business Plans of various group verticals/companies.
2. Develop Performance Monitoring indicators and dashboards to continuously evaluate and benchmark performance.
3. Provide management and implementation support to business plans, programs and specific projects and transactions such as M&A activities.
4. Track external environment and developments (specific to business) for identifying opportunities and risks.
5. Support business verticals in evaluating new concepts and championing support with various internal and external stakeholders.
6. Support various type of valuation exercises and development of capital allocation strategy at group level.
7. Evaluate impact of proposals of Government/industry bodies/think-tanks/multi-lateral agencies on various business verticals, support in evolution of new concepts and policy advocacy efforts particularly in infrastructure area.
Requirements:
MBA (Strategy and Finance)/CFA with Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics/Commerce/Engineering.
About 7-10 years of experience in Business Strategy in a large diversified group with interest in infrastructure and financial services
