Manager/Senior Manager
Job Responsibility :
- Focus on Process improvement and cost reduction for clients to deliver tangible benefits
- Lead and Implement business process management system for clients
- Lead Quality Projects for the business, individually complete 2-3 high impact projects per year as per corporate guidelines.
- Identifying areas of significant Customer Business Impact and improvement opportunities therein and provide strategic direction & thought leadership
- Conducting and reviewing FMEA/VSM periodically
- Base lining Study and Benchmarking/Standardization
- Capacity Utilization / Productivity reporting and analysis
- Improving LSS DNA - Coaching and Mentoring Project Owners in DMAIC/Re-Engineering/ Lean, Co-facilitate LSS trainings, if required
- Best practice sharing & implementation
- Build and drive CI and Transformation roadmaps, aligned to customer priorities
- Drive Customer governance on CI, leading to high NPS
- Drive Productivity Initiatives
- Individually complete 2-3 high impact projects per year per corporate guidelines.
- Build LSS DNA culture - Drive and Track Quality DNA - training, testing & certification
- Coaching and Mentoring Process Owners and Team Members in Lean and Six Sigma
- Best practice sharing & implementation
