Performance Management: To drive meritocracy based performance culture
Employee Engagement and Reward & Recognition: To drive emotional and physiological connect with the organization through structured interventions
Workforce planning & employee productivity: Drive employee productivity & workforce planning in conjunction with the established organisation design & productivity norms. Drive unit recruitments
Organization & Talent Management Process: To ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business needs in order to enable organization effectiveness
Learning and Development: To build capability quotient through the implementation of development initiatives
Exp required: 4 - 8 years
Qualification: Full time MBA
