Job description :

Job Title : Manager / Senior Manager

Reports To : VP Business Development

Location : Bengaluru

Job Purpose :

- To create a pipeline of new Clients/ Mandates and mining of existing clients to ensure a steady stream of recruitment assignments primarily from the Technology, Real Estate, E Commerce and related sectors in Bengaluru and adjoining areas.

- To deliver Revenue and client satisfaction targets as set by the management

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Identify & Tap Potential clients in Bangalore.

- Showcasing company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams

- Negotiations and agreement sign-ups.

- Regularly managing strategic relationships with Potential & existing Clients by meeting clients as and when required.

- Be a point of contact between the client and the operations team.

- Work on senior/key Search assignments personally.

- Achieve annual business income targets, as established during the budgeting process.

- Analyze the client's requirements and discuss with specific operations team Managers.

- Troubleshoot the standoffs experienced during the process of recruitment

- Coordinate with client for timely feedback.

- Will also be involved in the collection process.
