Manager/Senior Manager - Business Finance - eCommerce/FMCG

1) Preparation of Monthly Business Review (MBRs) and Review of MIS

2) Driving Cost Management Projects (Cross Functional and otherwise) for the portfolio companies

3) Liaison with company's Advisory Committee and Wealth Managers to ensure the recommendation of committee is implemented

4) Building Cost effective systems for Optimization, Problem solving across verticals

5) Liaison with the cross functional department across various portfolio companies to ensure

6) Work closely with business units and provide analytical support for business optimisation initiatives

7) Lead Projects on Company Restructuring, Financial Due Diligence, Fundraise, M&As as and when needed
