Job Description:
Position Overview:
- As the Manager / Sr. Manager - Business Excellence at company, you will be responsible for driving and implementing business excellence initiatives throughout the organization.
- Your primary focus will be on improving operational efficiency, enhancing quality, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and increased customer satisfaction. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success and competitiveness of company.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Improvement:
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Implement best practices and lean methodologies to streamline workflows and operations across different functions within the organization.
- Lead process mapping, process redesign, and process optimization initiatives to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness.
Quality Management:
- Develop and maintain a robust quality management system that adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality audits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, drive corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
Performance Metrics and KPIs:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of various processes and initiatives.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior management, providing insights for data-driven decision-making.
Continuous Improvement Culture:
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
- Encourage employee involvement in process improvement projects and facilitate training programs to enhance their problem-solving and analytical skills.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects related to process improvement, cost optimization, and other business excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and achievement of project goals.
Customer Focus:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and expectations.
- Use customer feedback to drive improvements in products and services, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in business processes and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop contingency plans and ensure business continuity.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in business process improvement, quality management, and project management.
- Strong understanding of lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving change management initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
