Purpose of the role:
To support business teams in improving business processes in the organization by undertaking and monitoring the progress of improvement projects, implementation of quality assurance, reporting project progress to senior management, an internal review of policies and processes to minimize operational risk, organizing six sigma training and motivate & engage departments
JD:
- Project Management - Influence and motivate employees in different departments to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement
- Process Management - Maintain process repository (iGrafx/Sparx/any other tool) of various process workflows by defining and managing norms for license management, password management, user privileges, etc.
- Quality Assurance - Work with departments to ensure quality checks and tollgates across project milestones are adhered to
- Work with Internal operational audit team for appropriate scoping of audits
- Activities related to companies where the Company has invested
Experience: 8-12 Yrs
Qualification: MBA Fulltime + Six Sigma Black Belt must
