We are looking for Sr. Mgr / Mgr ( Business development) Oil & Gas for our client's office in Surat / Indore, the job requires extensive travel across india.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- The role of business development manager would be to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts, clients, internal and external stakeholders. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients. Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
- Developing growth strategies and plans.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
- Increasing client base.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
- Writing business proposals.
- Negotiating with stakeholders.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
Requirement :
- Graduation/PostGraduate on any discipline.
- Should have prior experience in Business Development
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Confident to face the clients.
- Background from Gases, Renewable Energy, Green Hydrogen .
Experience - 4-8 years in BD/Sales Oil and gas industry
