Responsibilities:
- Developing and Implementing Channel Development Strategy, should be able to provide leadership and direction to channel partner to implement business objectives and support to achieve individual AOPs.
- Create the value proposition model and interest to become channel for Company
- Identify potential channel partner by studying competencies, focus area, investments appetite and create an answer - Make Sense for him to look at this business, Is it really win-win, sharing a wallet share situation.
- Effectively communicate opportunities for SS business and benefits in partnering with Company. Identify potential team in partner's organisation and work closely, advise & train them to handle SS business : Technical, Value Proposition, ROI, TCO and why SS etc.
- Develop a business plan, Segment/region to focus and Formally taking Channel partner on board with NSP Agreement and Incentive Program. Own a complete on boarding process. Handholding and Conduct regular Mission Programs with Captive customers (Of Channel Partners) and develop leads generation program from partners.
- Effectively handhold channel partner to achieve Sales Targets
