About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager/Senior Manager - Insurance KPO to join our growing team in Noida.

- In this role, you will play a critical role in driving business development and sales enablement within the insurance KPO domain.

- You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing client relationships, and leading sales initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Leadership:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans and go-to-market strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts within the insurance sector.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and industry networking.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Lead and mentor sales teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

Sales Enablement & Process Improvement:

- Develop and implement sales tools, processes, and methodologies to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.

- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence gathering to support sales and business development efforts.

- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in insurance and the KPO sector.

Qualifications:

Education: MBA preferred.

Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in business development and sales leadership within the insurance KPO sector.

Skills:

- Proven expertise in insurance analytics, sales strategies, and client acquisition.

- Strong knowledge of market research, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder engagement.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team management skills.
