Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify new opportunities for partnership
- Develop new relationships to grow business and help expansion
- Maintain existing business relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
- End-to-end responsibility of initiating, presentation, proposal, negotiating, and closing sales.
- New Business Pipeline development - Cold calling, self-prospect, and network to generate prospect pipeline to acquire new leads
- Identify new business opportunities to achieve /exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
- Driving efficiency by prioritizing profitability along with Top Line/bottom line growth.
- Understanding, innovating, and customizing solutions to address key needs of the customers.
- Customer Management - Ownership and long-term relationship management with existing and new customers.
- Successful Deployment - Responsibility Transfer of newly onboarded clients to the business management teams as per the agreement.
- Publish sales pipeline and prepare business review reports for the Senior Management.
- Develop a detailed knowledge of the market and competitions
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development in E-Commerce / Online Sales
- Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills.
- Strong Relationship Management Skills.
- Strong Negotiation Skills.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of and Passion for E-Commerce / Fashion E-Commerce Market and Challenges
- Understanding of digital ecosystem in E-Commerce
- MBA from a Tier I college
