Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development - FinTech - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Mandatory Requirements/Qualifications :

Minimum 5+ years experience

MBA from IIM / ISB / Other Top Global B schools

At least 2 years of experience in Onboarding new clients SMEs for sourcing of borrowers of loans

At least 2 years of Previous business development/sales experience in FinTech company.

Excellent business development and relationship management skills

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent English skills

At least 4 years of experience in a partnership/alliances role

Atleast 4 years of experience in relationship management

The key deliverables of the role are as follows :

Onboarding new partnerships in the eCommerce, payments, industry associations, and other such entities that are aggregators/service providers to SMEs for sourcing of borrowers of loans through Company's platform

Manage the process end to end from sourcing the partnership, defining the terms of engagement, evaluate tech integrations, define product programs to be developed

Work with internal team of product, technology and credit to enable a solution for the partnership engagement

Develop the delivery process for each of the partnership and define roles and responsibilities of internal stakeholders
