JOB PROFILE:
- To educate the Architects and key decision makers/ promoters/ owners on the brand company, present company position, vision & scale with emphasis on company's association with reputed architects and famous hotel-chains
- To educate the Architects and key decision makers on CBS- its USPs, purpose, advantages and benefits to them, their clients and hotels clientele
- To mention CBS & CLS and how it benefits the Architects and key decision makers and and their clientele
- To provide complete product information to Architects and key decision makers on each vertical, competition benchmarking, customer care services we offer, etc.
- To get company CBS specified in BOQs / Mock-ups in the initial stages of the Hospitality projects and subsequently secure the orders
- To ensure no payment collection is outstanding from the hotels end beyond 45 days of billing
- Post gaining the endorsement of an Architect, take customer leads to work on them and pass on to the respective branch to take it forward
- Keeping a track of the architect lead status passed on to the frontliner
- To ensure necessary co-ordination with team members, revert to Architect for his information and closing the loop
- To introduce and promote new products brought out by Jaquar to the Architects and Hospitality key decision makers
- To keep Architects and Hospitality key decision makers updated with all new product developments, important modification, significant company achievements so as to boost their confidence in Jaquar brand and our products
- To ensure all latest company collaterals, literatures, CD`s, other information tools, technical details are made available promptly to the Architects
- To share all company presentations, modules for architects reference, information and to enhance knowledge
- To address any specific queries, services & provide assistance to Architects and key decision makers w.r.t company products and services
- Post escalation of issues to the concerned persons/ departments, to revert back to the Architects and key decision makers once settled
- To bring the Architects and key decision makers to the OC
- To bring the Architects and key decision makers/ associates to the Plants to make them understand Jaquar's technical strengths and extremely high standards
- To build relationship with Architects & Hospitality key decision makers and handover gifts to them on specific occasions
- To do at least 180 productive meetings per month with external customers
- To ensure revenue generation targets for CBS, product vertical-wise are achieved
