Job Description
Key responsibilities:
To map potential clients and generate new Business.
To sell the backend MR services to new and existing clients.
Perform sales activities on new/existing key accounts including presentation, business proposals, handling RFP's and RFQ's as per company policy.
Responsible for the entire sales cycle right from cold calling, lead generation, following it up until closure and any other necessary liaising internally between the company and the client.
Responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Achieving the assigned sales target for every quarter.
Submitting reports for every fortnight on sales strategies used, leads generated and any other work in progress on potential clients
Desired Candidate Profile
UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
Minimum 6 years of experience with at least the last 2 years in the role of BDM.
Experience in MR/ITES sector is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a good personality.
Should be a self motivated, self starter who is able to perform under high pressure.
Should have experience in B2B sales only.
