Manager/Senior Manager - Business Architecture/Consulting - Insurance

We are looking for a Manager/Senior Manager - Business Architecture for one of the leading UK based Insurance firm.

Education :

- Post-Graduation/MBA from a premier business school

Experience :

- 10 - 14 years of experience in consulting /operating model design, program management, strategy buildng

- End-to-end experience leading transformational initiatives and transitions/migrations

- Multi - geography, multi-divisional projects (Desirable)

Knowledge and skills (general and technical):

- Business and operating model methodologies

- Project Management principles

- Communication Skills

- Influencing & Negotiation Skills

- Coaching Skills

- Relationship & Senior Stakeholder Management Skills

- Business Acumen

- Knowledge of insurance and insurance broking as well as employee benefits (Desirable)
