Continuous improvement implementation :

- Clearly defines program objectives and scope.

- Secures employee commitment for proactive change management.

Project management :

- Conducts a detailed analysis of the current situation and accurately describes the issues.

- Identifies intervention priorities and indicators.

Change management :

- Provides managers with sound advice and support in developing communication strategies.

- Realistically identifies issues and program obstacles.

Process Excellence :

- Stimulates ongoing optimization of manufacturing equipment performance by utilizing expertise to analyse, monitor, troubleshooting and debottleneck current production processes to improve results.

Communication & Interpersonal skills :

- Maintain, further develop and anchor relationships with all internal and external stake- holders.

Budget Management :

- Participate in plant budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process
