Ideally we are looking at candidates who has got experience in Predictive modeling and SAS. This is an Analytical role.
- Performing data-mining and statistical analysis, including predictive modeling, to
- Develop database-marketing strategies that improve customer acquisition/ retention, enhance customer experience, and maximize customer lifetime contribution.
- Developing clear, concise, and actionable insights into customer characteristics and behavior.
- Understanding diverse product sets that HDFC Bank offers across Card business.
- Designing and implementing meaningful tests and analytical approaches to address business needs.
- Analyzing and measuring the business impact of analytical scorecards and other customer communications.
- Engaging with business teams in the bank in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies.
Required profile :
- Should have experience in Analytics domain with excellent quantitative skills and project management abilities.
- Financial knowledge, competencies in practical predictive analysis and modeling is must.
- Experience in SAS software is must.
