JOB TITLE: Manager / Senior Manager - Change Management
GRADE: Manager / Senior Manager
OBJECTIVE:
This position is for a project manager who would be responsible for executing multiple projects with a view to meet the strategic objectives of the company.
This involves adhering to the agreed schedule, cost and scope while ensuring quality.
The job requires strong requirement elicitation, stake-holder management, problem solving, collaboration and project management abilities.
JOB SUMMARY:
1. Work closely along with his manager and execute projects.
2. Be actively involved right from conceptualization till execution, implementation and adoption.
3. Closely track the progress of the projects and send regular updates to stakeholders.
4. Support Business in testing the delivered solution and drive adoption.
5. Assess whether the project has met its objectives post adoption and then handover to IT
6. Constantly identify and implement innovations which can be infused in the existing/to-be solutions for delivering business value
7. Track project quality and maintain a repository of project artefacts and learnings.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Managing changing priorities
- Ensure agreed scope is delivered within the agreed project cost and schedule, scope or cost overruns are avoided.
- Ensure project quality requirements are met
- Manage project communication to the satisfaction of all stake-holders
- Track and ensure project adoption post go live
WORK EXP.
- 10+ years of work experience
- 2+ years' experience in Insurance domain with atleast 5+ years in Project Manager role
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Graduate in any disciple.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Understanding of software development life cycle
- Domain/Project Management Certification are preferred
