Required profile:
- Should have experience in Analytics domain with excellent quantitative skills and project management abilities.
- Financial knowledge, competencies in practical predictive analysis and modeling is must.
- Experience in SAS is must.
Roles and responsibilities:-
1.Performing data-mining and statistical analysis, including predictive modeling.
2.Develop database-marketing strategies that improve customer acquisition/ retention, enhance customer experience, and maximize customer lifetime contribution.
3.Developing clear, concise, and actionable insights into customer characteristics and behavior.
4.Understanding diverse product sets that HDFC Bank offers across Card business.
5.Designing and implementing meaningful tests and analytical approaches to address business needs.
6. Analyzing and measuring the business impact of analytical scorecards and other customer communications.
7.Engaging with business teams in the bank in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies.
