Manager/Senior Manager - BTL Marketing - Insurance

Our client is one of the leading private sector Life Insurance Company. It is listed on National stock exchange (NSE) and Bombay stock exchange (BSE).

Designation - Manager/Sr. Manager

Location - Mumbai

Reporting- Assistant Vice President

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating, executing and managing all BTL campaigns.

- Providing strategic and creative inputs on the respective campaigns to get the desired results.

- Provide marketing support to business channels like BANCA, CABR, PSF & Agency

- Assistance in conceptualization, and executions of the central brand campaigns launched by company.

- Coordinating for obtaining all relevant approvals for internal stakeholders within the company (product, compliance, tax, legal and others).

- Managing external agency partnership to ensure smooth execution of the campaigns.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Handle the compliance filling for channel marketing with zero errors in terms on compliance filling.

- Handle all billing using monthly tracking reports and invoice.

- Closely monitor the campaigns and share reports with observations and suggestion on the key metrics.

- Handling Tie-ups as per the channel and brand team requirements.

Educational Qualification / Experience:

- MBA from a Tiered institute with 4+ years of experience

- Graduate with 10+ years of experience

- Preferably worked for a financial brand in a marketing role or in a BTL agency
