To devise and implement proposed Marketing plans in line with the overall Marketing strategy for the brand, thereby enabling achievement of business objectives and targets.
Core Job Responsibilities:-
- Develop & execute the annual brand plans and marketing mix in line with the overall Marketing strategy, thereby enabling achievement of brand objectives, building brand consistency and achieving growth targets.
- Develop, coordinate and execute creative and media campaigns for the brand in co-ordination with the advertising & media agency.
- Ensure - Brand Consistency across all consumer touchpoints Print, TV, Outdoor, Radio and centres.
- Ideation, planning and execution of the B2C initiatives undertaken in line with the overall brand strategy plans.
- New Product/Service Innovations - Analyse data for qualitative / quantitative parameters to identify opportunities in the entire service portfolio and profitability and create a business case for innovations/ line extensions and entire project management for launch and post launch management as per stated business objective.
- Internal Stakeholder Management- Work closely with the internal teams - call centre operations, doctors, technology teams, media, to gain insights on customer experience and translate to actual business outcomes leveraging our communication platforms.
- Budget Management - Periodically (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually) monitor and utilize advertising budget as per the needs of the business.
- Competition benchmarking- Understand IVF market trends and map our competitor activities (domestic and international) to observe and evaluate execution of plans vis-vis competition.
- Periodic analysis, evaluation & of data related to the brand & category to generate insights for brand and business.
- Understand research requirements and action market research and coordinate with research agencies to derive actionable insights on the brand.
