Manager/Sr Manager
We are hiring one of the leading Bank.
Responsibilities :
- Principal responsibilities includes managing existing and new branch banking & corporate clients to maximize relationship building, understanding their business requirements, providing leads to relationship managers/product sales managers where opportunity exists.
- Meet clients where required, answer customer queries, coordinate with back office operations & facilitate their transactions as required to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Awareness of ISO 9001:2000 standards & meet/exceed set quality parameters.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for various product and services from a branch perspective.
- Partnering other business units present at the branch.
- Support the concerned team in preparation of any audit related deliverables.
- Responsible for recommending specific process and systems improvements which have an impact on customer service, carrying out customer satisfaction studies, managing service quality audits.
- Responsible for handling customer enquiries and instructions, thus ensuring that the Bank's delivery standards in achieving total customer satisfaction are met.
- Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and possible solutions to address the concerns.
- Play an active role in new products, processes, systems roll out.
- Comply with bank policies and procedures to ensure safety and security of bank's and customer's assets.
- Maintain personal discipline (timings, attendance, grooming standards etc) in the office.
- Define Goals & performance parameters for the team & guide/coach them to achieve the same.
- Be involved in staff recruitment and appraisals.
- Support the concerned team in preparation of any audit related deliverables.
- Be aware of ISO 9001:2000 standards & meet/exceed set quality parameters conforming to the standard
