- Minimum 5+ years' experience in RFP, Bid management.
- International exposure is mandate.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Accountabilities, Responsibilities & Deliverables
Prospect Management:
Support in Salesforce Database Administration and Research, specifically administration of:
Contact research and ongoing administration of the UK Demand Gen database.
Data cleansing and quality control.
Administration and research of web leads for UK from Group
Ongoing monitoring and reporting on UK-specific outputs from CIA
Ongoing monitoring and reporting on UK-specific social media regarding competitors
Post marketing campaign data administration
Post event data administration, research and update
Market Engagement:
Support in the production of marketing collateral, including corporate presentations and case studies.
Assistance in the creation of award entries
Liaison as necessary with partners as administrative support and office based contact
Assisting in the development of sales meeting presentations.
Support with the organisation of off-site marketing events.
Maintenance of Market Engagement & DG Calendar and Collateral (version control/formats)
Support on Group corporate requests for TPUKRSA company and market intel
General research function on intel in support of Partner Eco-System
Bid Solutions:
Update and maintain our online content library
Annual/quarterly updates in line with group policy. Making sure that our content is in line with group content, logos updated etc.
Working with the bid solutions team and UK SMEs to refresh content periodically.
Update content within the online library following bid team submission review
Research
Monthly UK competitor analysis and market changes/ influencers
Key clients, key prospects, and background/info on key decision makers / influences

Information requests:
Sourcing material for other departments to use (templates, creds decks, case studies, EMEA/Global information requests)
India bid support
The Go To person for the UK Bid Team to work with to source India content for India offshore opportunities for UK based clients
