Manager/Senior Manager - Banking & Treasury - CA

Functional Area : Banking and Treasury

Working Location : Vapi, Gujrat

Dealing with the relationship team of the bank(s) to resolve operational issues.

- Support all stakeholders for their queries relating to banking transactions.

- Assist in preparation of data requirement of bank(s) for sanction / renewal of working capital limits / term loan etc.

- Assist in documentation related to sanction / renewal of working capital limits / term loan etc.

- Working Capital Management with daily cash flow and fund planning.

- Monitor routine transaction of Import / Export of Goods and Service-related documentation / payments and ensure compliance with FEMA

- Assistance in hedging activity and compliance with FEMA / RBI Guidelines

Key Requirements:

CA with 5+ years experience in following:

- Shall have very good experience in the handling of banking and treasury operations of Multinational Companies.

- Shall be well versed with RBI Guidelines on Import / Export and compliance under FEMA.

- Shall have experience in handling Letter of Credits, Import / Export transactions
