Key Responsibilities:

- BFS Operations Expertise: Possess working knowledge and practical experience in operating various financial services within the BFS segment, including PMS, MF, AIF, Wealth Management, and Offshore funds.

- Analytical Skills: Demonstrate the ability to quickly analyze, compare, and interpret data and information to make sound judgments.

- Communication and Leadership: Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, and effective leadership and people management abilities.

- Business and Technical Proficiency: Possess a solid understanding of business operations, systems, and computer skills.

- Accuracy and Independence: Demonstrate accuracy in work and the ability to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.

- Travel Readiness: Be willing and able to travel out of town as needed.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of at least 4-5 junior staff members, providing guidance and support.

- Direct Reporting: Report directly to a partner.
