Manager/Senior Manager - B2B Sales - Gifting Vertical - Tea Brand

Title: Manager/ Sr. Manager- Gifting

Location: Delhi

Client: The finest luxury tea brand in the world, was established.

- Will have end-to-end ownership of building the Gifting Vertical for a differentiated product-driven brand.

- Tie ups with Premium Event management companies for bulk deals

- Explore business potential, opportunities & clientele to achieve breakthroughs in key accounts (regionally) for a healthy, profitable growth

- Maintain relationships and establish a strong rapport with all the key accounts for ensuring overall pipeline & revenue growth

- Ensure proper usage of the brand and promotional elements and measure effectiveness of activations with the help of Marketing team

- Maintain the organization's standards and guidelines with respect to Quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, price, and persuasion at the accounts

- Tie ups with High End Wedding planners, Invitation Card Designers, Trousseau Packers for getting Gifting/Placement/Outdoor catering opportunities

- Tapping the HNI/UHNI segment for Gifting in Weddings and Events.

- Associating and signing up a contract with High end catering companies (Standalone and Hotel Catering verticals) for building on the outdoor catering vertical for TWG.

- Experience in B2B Sales with existing relationship with Wedding Planners & Event Management Companies would be a plus.
