They are a well know tier 1 conglomerate having Pan India presence .
Role involves candidate to manager TA along with team through right mix of resources ( external and internal) .

- Ensure quarterly and annual recruitment targets are met within given budget
- Ensure right quality of hiring at required TAT is managed.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ownership of operations.
- Plan & execute the deliverable.
- Own the requirements and delight the internal stake holders with quality & timely delivery.
- Deliver on business & team targets and meet overall quality parameters.
- Responsible for managing the hiring managers & their expectations.
- Responsible for total teams' sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per requirements from various channels.
- Guide & motivate the team to source profiles, screening them and engaging with the candidates.
- Should have excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.
- Keep the team motivated for superior results.
