The roles responsibilities include:
Develops and implements the strategic online marketing plan for an organization. Stays abreast of changes in the online marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. May be responsible for overseeing other aspects of the website such as the advertising and content components.
- Requires a bachelor degree with at least 4 years of marketing experience.
- Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.
- Manage digital endeavors and help the company establish leadership in the category.
- Set up Online and Tele-assisted Sales platforms for the company. Drive online sales as a P&L responsibility
- Drive Digital Transformation to benefit all stake holders including Customers, Distributors and Employees
- Generate leads for all sales channels using digital channels.
- Work with IT to equip the organization with best possible infrastructure and deliver best in class experience across devices.
- Manage existing portals like website, mobile applications, social channels
- Manage all relationships with digital agencies, develop vendors, service providers etc.
- Drive success for digital marketing efforts through SEO, SEM, web analytics, social media monitoring and demand generation programs.
- Lead, plan and execute a full spectrum of search (SEO, SEM, etc) activities, including but not limited to keyword research, site audits, page- and site-level optimization, content strategy, link building strategy, competitive assessment and technical troubleshooting
- Create, maintain and present traffic and ranking reports; perform bi-weekly/monthly on-site SEO audits.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content (metadata) development in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific.
- Keep pace with SEO, search engine and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
- Lead a team to administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, entertainment feeds,webmaster tools), to create meta tags/canonicals; drafting meta tags rules; quality check of uploaded content; off-site SEO audits; discover & evaluate organic competitors
- Communication to team and leadership on project development, timelines, and results; work closely with the other team members to meet customer acquisition goals
- Lead and drive the implementation of new scalable, cost-efficient campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems).
Education : Any Graduate from a reputed institute.
Exp : 7+ years of overall experience and min 4 years in e-commerce/digital marketing.
