Responsible for providing high quality bids/solutions on time by working in an organized manner with a cross functional team consisting of personnel from operations, domain/ solutions, sales, workforce management, finance, legal etc. primarily in Healthcare/ Life Sciences (Medical Devices) BPO space
Analyze customer requirements as relayed through requests for proposals (RFPs) across functional areas and create proposal content accordingly
Capable of assuming individual proposal management responsibility(ies) for medium to large sized proposals
Validate / cross verify the overall solution / deal in terms of customer requirements and alignment with the sales winning strategy
Candidate Profile:
8-16 years of experience in Presales in the Healthcare (Payer/Provider/Pharma/Medical devices)
Experience in working on various processes for Life Sciences / Health care customers in the capacity of an presales lead, transition lead or operations lead
Experience in leading consulting, due diligence or workshops for Life Sciences customers in US and/ or Europe
Domain expertise and understanding of the various functions and regulations governing the Life Sciences /Health care industry
