Manager/Senior Manager/AVP/DVP - CRM Projects - Banking Sector

Grade : Manager/Sr Manager/AVP/ DVP

Team handling role- 4 to5 reporters.(AVP/ DVP)

- Implementation and or enhancements to customer relationship management applications like CRM next, MS dynamics, Siebel or Talisma.

- Experience in CRM in banking sector.

- Knowledge of corporate banking advantageous

- Lead and activity management; customer onboarding, Customer 360, wallet share and driving cross business collaboration thru CRM.

- IT and Digital frame of CRM projects
