Location: Outer Ring Road, Marathahalli, Bangalore

Working days: 6 Days Working

Job Description:

1) Experience in Customer Experience or Customer Support Role.

2) Handling the team of both Voice & Non Voice Domestic Process.

3) Experience in managing both Out Bound & In Bound Calls.

4) Setting up a large team for the contact center.

5) Responsible for all contractual SLA's - Service Level, performance and strategy of Outbound, Inbound and email servicing.

6) Manpower forecasting/Planning for the project.
