We are hiring for Manager/Sr. Manager/ AVP role in corporate insurance vertical for one of the leading MNC.
General Summary:
The primary responsibility of this position is:
- Achieve yearly revenue and yield targets on all product lines
- Achieve up-sell and cross-sell targets for the period
- Seek Assistance from EH& Service colleagues in new client acquisition
- Build relationship with TPA and Insurance company representatives in the region for ensuring efficient service delivery terms
- Interact with Insurers to achieve the pricing for various policies incepted during the policy period
- Build relationship with key stake holders/decision makers to meet requirements with regards to their EH&B business operations
- Assist EH&B service team to retain existing client relationship when required
- Present to clients new product or services solutions as agreed with the customer for the new policy period
- Seek support from EH&B consulting team and senior management to present the best terms to new clients
- Build and support capabilities in any team resource allocated
Candidate Profile:
Preferred:
- Post Graduate /MBA/any other equivalent higher education qualification
- Having 5-10 years of corporate sales experience in Fin Institutions/TPA/Brokers
- Having 3-5 years of Insurance sales /servicing experience(General/Life)
- Having knowledge of local corporate market
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound influencing skills with corporate decision makers
- Good networking and relationship building skills
- Highly competent with MS Office and Windows presentation tools
- Preference to candidates with relevant work experience from Employee Benefits & Non Employee Benefits specialization
