Manager/Senior Manager/AVP - Analytics/Digital - NBFC
Responsibilities:
- Provide analytic support to the Policy/business team, understand the business context, formulate and execute appropriate analytical approach to address the solution
- Develop/own comprehensive end to end solutions to address business problems
- Drive innovative analytical approaches across the broader team and conceptualize and execute solutions to ambiguous problems
- Independently manage end to end partner communication
- Conduct portfolio analytics and deep dives as required by Product. Develop credit strategies across the customer lifecycle of Origination, Portfolio Mgmt and Collections.
- Create insights for Retail Risk by studying portfolio trends, performing necessary analytics such as segmentation, profiling, cut-off setting, stress testing, sensitivity analyses
- Timely identification of shifts in portfolio risk profile and re-aligning risk-measurement tools/codes for effectiveness and continuously enhances data-driven credit decisions
- Provide analytical support to various Risk Reviews, perform adhoc analytical requests to support policy changes
- Embed Group's risk management and decisioning framework in day-to-day work, ideate / self-initiate necessary analytics to drive portfolio performance
Education:
- Highly numerate, as demonstrated by Masters in a numerate subject such as Mathematics, Operational Research, Business Administration, Economics etc. from Premier Institute or a track record of performance that demonstrates this ability
- Proficiency in SAS is a MUST with proven experience of working with large, complex data. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desired. General familiarity with all Microsoft Office applications.
- Sound knowledge of Financial Services products, in particular Retail Banking, is a MUST
- Sound knowledge of Credit Risk is desired with ability to perform related data analysis
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience:
- Exposure to Financial Services
- Candidate should have worked in any of the following domain:(Credit Cards, Retail bank, Mortgage, Lending product)

- Proficient in Formulating Analytical methodology, identifying trends and patterns with data

- Proficient with hypothesis testing Segmentation, Clustering, Decision trees
- Functional Knowledge in Modeling (OLS, logistics)
