Manager/Senior Manager - Assurance - BFSI

We are Looking For Manager/Sr.Manager- Assurance

Experience : 6-11 years

Location : Gurgaon

Profile : Manager/Sr.Manager

Role : Assurance+Audit+DPP (Department of Professional Practice)

Mandatory Skills :

- Resolving queries related to application of Accounting/Assurance Standards and corporate laws.

- Preparation of guidance on latest technical developments as well as on recurring issues referred to DPP

- Preparation of training material and providing training for knowledge dissemination

- Managing a team of 2-3 people.

- Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills

- Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach - Flexible with multi-tasking abilities

- Ability to work independently and in teams is essential

- Open minded and demonstrate professional skepticism

- It is responsible for assisting the Assurance teams with technical issues, in particular: 

- Providing technical advice on the interpretation and application of Accounting Standards, Standards on Assurance and Corporate laws to specific transactions and scenarios - Updates and guidance on implementation of the latest technical developments

- Imparting training

- Carrying out Pre-Issuance reviews as per the firm's policy

Desired :

- Be a qualified CA

- Have a minimum of 6 years post qualification experience in Assurance/Accounting Advisory in a similar environment

- Have strong interpersonal, team building and communication skills (both verbal and written)
