We are actively hiring for multiple openings in Category Marketing and Merchandising vertical for an Ecommerce Client of repute. We are hiring for Bangalore HQ for the role.

Manager- MBA Tier 1 batch of 20/21/22(Only will be considered)

CTC - 16.5 Lpa + 15% var

Exp- 1-3 Years

Senior Manager - MBA Tier 1 batch of 18/19(Only will be considered)

CTC - 24 F + 15% var

Exp- 4+ Years

Assistant Manager -2-4 years of exp(MBA mandate)

CTC - 11-12 lpa

Notice Period- 30-45 Days Max

Skills :

- Digital marketing, merchandising, category management, marketing

- Develop and execute plans to showcase the right products

- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities

- Own the customer experience in the category - make navigation, discovery easier. Save the customer time

- Identify the parameters customers use to make decisions and ensure catalog richness

Marketing

- Work with marketing to identify the best RoI initiatives to build awareness and encourage trial across channels - SEM, SEO, TV Commercials, etc.

- Understand SEM, SEO and Email marketing - identify the right keywords, reduce

- SEM costs while increasing conversions of website visits to orders
