Job description :

- Mapping the proposal with existing portfolio & Business Model

- Conducting Pre-investment Due-diligence & Credit appraisal for assets.

- Formulating & Managing strategy to optimize returns on the investments

- Due diligence prior to acquisition of NPA

- Acquisitions of assets across multiple industries

- Formulating and implementing resolution strategy for recovery of dues

- Developing understanding of resolution based on various legal routes available

- Monitoring the Investment Portfolio

- Developing and maintaining relationships with banks for asset acquisition

- Assist in achieving business plan and financial goals of the organisation
